Working closely with the Executive Manager, Service and Quality, this role ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centered clinical services across community and telehealth settings.The Clinical Care Team Lead leads a multidisciplinary team of Registered Nurses (Clinical Care Advisors) and other clinical and allied health professionals. The role works in partnership with customers, families, carers, primary health providers and internal teams to ensure strong clinical governance, best-practice care and compliance with all relevant NSW and Australian legislation, standards, and guidelines.This position plays a key role in strengthening clinical capability across the organisation, driving continuous improvement, improving Role Overview
